摘要
介绍了集总热容式瞬态辐射热流计的测试原理和测量系统,阐述了相关软件及其核心数据处理模块的设计思路,提出了稳定自然对流换热和减小导热的方法,在地面实验测定了方波变动辐照热流和太阳辐射热流并与市售全辐射热流计作了比对,实验证明本瞬态辐射热流计有更良好的动态响应特性和测试精度,测试系统可带多测头工作,并有热流积分功能。
The measurement principle and system of the transient radiation heat flow meter with the lumped heat capacity were studied. The measurement software and the design method of the data processing module were introduced, and the method for stabilizing natural convection and reducing heat conduction was proposed. The meter was used to measure square wave radiation heat flow and was compared with the total radiation radiometer. The results showed it has quick dynamic response and high accuracy. This system can be used with multi-sensor and heat flow integral.
