摘要
采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射和电子探针相结合的方法,观察与分析了合金的金相组织,并采用多种腐蚀试验方法,研究了耐复合介质(40%H3PO4+2%HF+25g/LCaSO4)的泵用新型合金在80℃温度条件下的均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀与点蚀行为。试验结果表明,新型合金经1220℃×2h水冷固溶化处理后,具有良好的耐均匀腐蚀性能、较高的抗晶间腐蚀与抗点蚀能力和良好的铸造性能。
The authors observe and analyze the metallographical structure of a new alloy used for pumps delivering multi-corrosive medium (40%H3PO4 + 2% HF+ + 25g/lCaSO4) by means of metallulgical microscope, X-ray diffractometer and electronic probe and study the process of uniform corrosion, intergranular corrosion and pitting of the alloy in the multi-corrosive medium at 80℃. Test shows that the alloy after a special treatment is characterized by high corrosion resistance and good castability.
