摘要
旧抽油杆在修复生产线中的涡流探伤自动检测系统由抽油杆传输装置、杆径识别系统、控制系统、探头开合装置、标识记录系统等组成。探头开合装置通过一个齿条同时带动4个探头同步动作,使探头的开合易于实现。利用抽油杆杆头和杆体直径的差异,识别抽油杆的状态,从而控制开合装置的实时自动开合。现场调试表明,系统运行可靠,探头开合平稳,能够满足探伤检测的需要。
The automatic detecting system of eddy inspection for old sucker rods on a l.enovation line is composed of the rod transmission system, rod diameter distinguishing system, control system, probe switching device and marker recording system. The probe switching device is easy to open or close four probes synchronously by means of a gear rack. By distinguishing the diameter difference hetween rod head and rod body, the control system enables the four probes to open or close automatically at the right moment. Test shows the system works trustworthily and the probes open and close Smoothly.
