摘要
通过综合分析竞争情报提升区域创新软环境的作用机理,提出全面提升区域创新主体的竞争情报意识和能力,建设区域竞争情报系统,从而改善区域创新软环境,提高区域创新能力。
Analyzing the effect mechanism of competitive inteUJgence on improving innovation environment of a district, this paper puts forward some suggestion on advancing competitive intelligence of innovation body and constructing competitive intelligence system so that to improve district innovation environment as well as innovation ability.
