摘要
通过回顾基层科技情报研究所的历史,分析情报所的优势和劣势,提出了基层情报所以参与依靠科技发展区域特色产业为切入点,深入调查研究,搞好情报研究工作,主动参与地方经济建设的观点。
Reviewing the history of research on science and technology intelligence, as well as analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of intelligence institutes, this paper suggests that intelligence institutes should participate local economy construction by taking part in local special industry to fulfill the work of intelligence research.
