摘要
针对施工中存在的中途坐封和密封失效问题,分析了液压封隔器管柱的下井运动和发生中途坐封及密封失效的原因,推导出了有关计算公式,进行了实例计算分析。结论为:下放管柱时的瞬时最大下放速度及制动时间影响液压封隔器的坐封和密封性能,是导致封隔器中途坐封和密封失效的主要原因。并就此提出相应的施工措施。
In light of the problems of midway seating and sealing failure of a hydraulic packer, the authors analyze the lowering motion of the packer pipe string in the hole and the causes for midway seating and sealing failure, derive the relevant formula, and give an example of calculation. It shows the main causes for midway seating and sealing failure of the packer are the naximum instantaneous running speed and the braking time. And effectual measures for running the packer string are presented.
