摘要 图书馆朝数字化方向发展到今天,Open-Access作为数字化学术出版模式,是信息共享的自由理念和出版机制。本文归纳分析了Open-Access的出现背景、实质内涵、运行机制和相关单位的职责。 Nowdays, with development of digital library, Open Access is a free conception and publishing mechanism for sharing of scholarly information resources. The paper summarizes the background of the Open Access, peration mechanism and responsibility of correlated units.
