高校图书馆信息化水平测度的神经网络实现

随着信息化浪潮的到来和国家信息化建设的快速发展,高校图书馆领域的信息化建设也在稳步推进,对高校图书馆信息化水平进行测评势在必行。本文应用BP神经网络模型尝试了对高校图书馆信息化水平的评价,各个评价指标的权重是由网络通过学习自动生成的,避免了传统方法中人为确定权重的主观性,使评价更具客观性和准确性,为研究制定高校图书馆信息化发展战略提供了参考和依据。

The development of informationization and construction of national informationization boost the construction of library informationization, and evaluation of library informationization is imperative under the situation. This paper tries to evaluate the library informationization level by applying BP neural network module which is more objective and accurate as the reference of development strategy.
