摘要 整筒抽油泵泵筒内表面的增压吸附式低温渗硼处理所采用的多管井式渗硼炉,由炉体、马弗罐和冷井组成。渗硼剂由供硼剂、吸附剂、活化剂和催化剂按一定比例混合而成。渗硼处理时,马弗罐内保持一定压力,直到出炉冷却至室温之前,泵筒在马弗罐内始终处于垂直吊挂状态。渗硼层深度为0.07 ̄0.08mm,显微硬度为1350 ̄1900HV0.05/5.现场使用情况表明,试验泵在井下工作一年后,其内表面磨损量仅为0.005mm。 The low temperature boost absorbing boronisation for the surface of subsurface pump barrel is carried out in a multi-pipe well type fumace, which is composed of furnace body, muffle and cooling well. The boronising agent contains boron supplying agent, absorbing agent, active agent and catalytic agent mixed in proportion. It is necessary to keep a definite pressure in the muffle and keep the pump barrel hung vertically in tile muffle during the whole process. Field application shows that the boronised inner surface of the pump barrel has been wron off only 0. 005 mm after one year of service in the well.
