摘要
已有6台钢带式超长冲程抽油装置投入工业试验。试验表明,这种抽油装置完全适用于产量为5-100m3/d的油井中举升液体。与游梁式抽油机-抽油泵装置相比,在油井液面相同条件下,抽油泵的排量系数较高,为0.55 ̄0.79;举升1吨液体的电能比耗量下降0.64 ̄1.5kW·h。液压传动式超长冲程抽油装置更有无级调节柱塞上下运动速度、工作无噪音和装置振动小等主要优点。指明了尚待改进的一些问题。
Industrial test of six steel-belt type ultra-long stroke pumping systems shows that this system can be used on wells of 5 ̄100 m3/d production rate. compared with the conventional beam pumping system, the displacement coefficient of foe subsurface pump is raised to 0. 55  ̄ 0.79 and the specific energy consumption decreases 0.01  ̄ 1 .5 kW' h for each ton of lifted liquid under the condition of same liquid level in the well. And the hydraulic ultra-long stroke pumping unit has further foe advantages of stepless regulation for plunger speed, low vibration and low noise.
