摘要 对45号钢抽油泵泵筒进行表面淬火、表面化学处理和表面涂敷处理后进行的耐磨试验表明,硼铬复合渗是提高泵筒耐磨性的最佳处理工艺,其余依次为双相渗硼、单相渗硼、镀硬铬、38CrMoAl离子氮化和淬火+回火。在滑动摩擦条件下,45号钢渗硼的耐磨性比渗碳的耐磨性高3 ̄5倍,比碳氮共渗高0.5 ̄2倍。比淬火+低温回火高3倍,比渗氮高6倍。渗硼层在800℃以内有良好的抗氧化性能。 The specimens of No. 45 steel, used for subsurface pump barrel, were treated by various surface treating techniqUes and put to a test of wear resistance. A list of treating techniques in the order of the wearability (from high to low) of the treated specimens is given as follows: borochrowhzing, two-phase boronising, single-phase boronising, hard chrome plating, 38CrMoAI ionitriding, and quenching and tempering. The wearability of the boronised specimen is 3 ̄5 times higher than that of the carburized, 0.5 ̄2 times higher than that of the carbonitrided, 3 times higher than that of the quenched and tempered, and 6 times higher than that of the nitrided under the condition of sliding friction. The boronized layer provides good anti-oxidation propety at temperatures lower than 800o℃.
