摘要 对苦参碱脂质体的制备工艺进行了研究,并测定了包封率、渗漏率等脂质体的质量指标。以包封率为指标,优选了苦参碱脂质体的最佳制备工艺条件,结果表明:逆相蒸发法制备的脂质体包封率可达50.08%。抗肿瘤实验进行了3个剂量组对小鼠S180的抗瘤效应,结果显示,苦参碱脂质体中剂量组对小鼠S180抗瘤效应最好,对小鼠EAC亦有明显的抗肿瘤作用。 The preparation of matrine liposome was studied. To determine the encapsulation of liposome we used high-efficient capillary electrophoresis method. The result indicated the encapsulation of liposome prepared with REV (reverse-pHase evaporation vesicle method) is the highest. The optimal technical condition was groped, At last, the highest encapsulation is 50. 08%. Pharmacology experiment set up high, middle, low three dosages group to observe resist the tumour effect to little mouse S180. The result shows, middle dosage is effectivest. Then make the tumour result price research with middle dosage, Results prove that matrine liposome is obviously stronger than matrine to little mouse's immune organs, anticancer function of EAC of mouse.
