摘要 采用硅光电池传感器,检测光强变化。下位机以单片机AT89C51为核心,实现采样、被测参数的LED动态显示和数据传输。上位机利用LabVIEW进行数据采集、实时信号显示、存储数据、调试代码,对干扰进行分析,优化滤波器参数,实现对信号的最佳处理及信号的远程传输。选用RS-232串口实现单片机与上位机数据通信,较好地模拟了工业现场控制系统。 Light intensity was measured by silicon light battery sensor. The next competer adopted the AT89C51 singlechip microcomputer as its core component was used as sample and the LED dynamic state of the parameter manifestation and data deliver. LabVIEW, which was used to carry on data's collect, solid hour signal manifestation, save the data and adjust to try the code, carry on the analysis to the interference, excellent turn the filter parameter, realization to the best processing of the signal, and the long range of the signal deliver by the place of honor computer . Data correspondence was realized among the next and the honor computer by choosing RS-232, the industrial control system is simulated welly.
