摘要
以系统科学理论、现代远程教育理论和现代教育技术理论为基础,提出了基于网络开放教育的同步课堂教学模式,对如何突破传统的教学观念,扩展优秀教师的受益面,解决优秀教学资源分布不平衡和配置不合理、教学活动的单向性、封闭性的矛盾以及提高教学质量有着重要的实践意义。
Supported by systematic and scientific theories, modem remote education and educational techniques, the mode of simultaneous classroom instruction was brought forth which was based on open web education. This mode brake the traditional ideas about teaching and benefit more teachers. It tackled the problems, namely : uneven distribution and allocation of teaching resources, the one - way and separated teaching activities. As a conclusion, it improves the teaching quality.
