免疫PCR技术及其应用研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 免疫PCR相对于普通ELISA具有明显的改进:灵敏度增加;可以同时进行多种抗原/半抗原检测;有更宽的线性范围;在和实时PCR(real-time PCR)技术结合后具有更加广阔的应用前景。抗体和DNA的交联、扩增DNA的检测、不同抗原/半抗原超灵敏检测分析中本底信号的扣除是影响免疫PCR方法成功建立的三个关键因素,而这三个因素又对应于免疫PCR系统的四个子系统,即抗原-抗体反应、桥联、指示和检测系统。该文从这四个子系统对免疫PCR技术的研究进展作一综述。
