多药耐药基因多态性与肿瘤 被引量：4

摘要 多药耐药基因(MDR1)多态性是影响肿瘤患者对化疗药物反应的重要遗传因素,也与患者对疾病的易感性及临床表现有关。该文就近年来对MDR1基因多态性与肿瘤临床关系的研究作一综述。
