摘要
系统地论述了平行四边形机构在抽油杆自动检测生产线上用于抽油杆定率(定时定量)传输的关键技术问题:1.自由度分析,保证实现确定的运动;2.运动的协调性,保证实现准确、可靠的定率传输;3.受力分析,为结构设计和优化计算提供力学依据;4.上、下杆的衔接,保证生产线的正常运行;5.参数优化计算,保证在满足结构要求的条件下机构受力最好。平行四边形机构的应用已在生产中获得成功。
The key technique for fixed-rate(fixed-time and fixed-length)transmission of sucker rods on an auto-inspection line with parallelogram mechanism is systematically discussed:1.analysis of degree of freedom for ensuring determined motion;2.coordination of motion for ensuring accurate and reliable fixedrate transmission;3.force analysis for providing mechanical basis for structural design and optimization;4.connection between the eds for ensuring the nomial opelation of the line;5.optimization of parame ters for ensuring the optimum force executed on the mechanism.The mechanism has been successfully used on the rod auto-inspection line.
