井下自动定量加液器阀心与阀套间隙设计

摘要 井下自动定量加液器是一种大尺寸、高压差、小流量的流量控制器,其阀心与阀套间配合间隙的正确设计是保证其良好工作性能的关键之一。为此,对阀心与阀套配合间隙的设计方法进行了理论分析,并相应提出了设计间隙量的计算公式及间隙量变化范围。本设计计算方法可以推广应用于同类型大尺寸、高压差、小流量稳流器的设计中。 The downhole automatic quantitative liquid filling device is a large-sized flow controller with highdifferential pressure and low flow rate. The rational design of the ciearance between its core and barrel is one of the key points to ensuring good performance.In the light of this,the method for design the clearance is analyzed, and the relative equations for calculating the clearance and its limits are presented.This calculating method can also be used in designing large-size steady-flow regulators with high differential pressure and low flow rate.
