摘要
盲孔法测试残余应力时,在弧面或其他非平面、垂直或倾斜度大于90°的工件表面上安装钻孔装置非常困难,为此,对现有装置进行了改进。在现有装置上增加一个既可保持显微镜相对固定,又可轴向调节的螺母,即可方便安装钻孔装置。
During measuring the remain stress by blind bore method, fixing bore set is difficult on the surface of arc, non plane, or the surface that its gradient is 90 degree or more than that. So the paper improved the existing set. A nut, which can be adjusted along the axis, was used for fixing relatively the microscope to the existing set. Thus the bore set can be fixed easily.
