摘要
我国天然气汽车行业使用的压缩天然气储气瓶的防爆破问题亟待解决。为此,对制瓶材料30CrMo和35CrMo都必须有效控制其硬度,使其经热处理后的最大硬度不超过26HRC,以防止其Cr-Mo合金材料对应力腐蚀开裂敏感。制造厂应将储气瓶硬度试验作为质量控制手段,制定储气瓶硬度质量控制标准,并将其纳入储气瓶质量保证体系中。为确保储气瓶的长期安全使用,应建立压缩天然气储气瓶检验站,尽快实施对储气瓶的定期检验。
The problem of blowing up of the natural gas bombs used in natural gas automobile industry is urgent and must be solved as soon as possible. Therefore,the hardness of 30CrMo and 35CrMo steel for making the bombs must be effectively controled,i.e.to keep their maximum hardness after heattreatment below 26HRC to prevent the Cr-Mo alloy from being sensitive to stress cormsion cracking. The manufacturers should take the hardness test of the bomb as a means of quality control, and put it into the quality assurance system. To ensure long-term and safe service of the bombs, gas bomb inspection stations should be built up and the bombs should be inspected at regular intervals.
