摘要
在总结以往经验、吸收国内外最新技术基础上,确定了以电热器点火、电缆从油管内起下及油、套环空注气为主要特点的火烧油层先导试验项目。并建立了数学模型及物理模型。该技术研究成功后,在三种类型油藏的4口井上做了火烧油层先导试验,点火成功率100%,除第一口井因缺乏经验,燃烧期发生严重气窜外,其余3口井都基本按设计完成了点火、燃烧及采油生产全过程,共增油2121.8t,效果显著。
Based on former experience and updating technologies at home and abroad,pilot testing for in situ combustion with features of igniting by electric heater,tripping electric cable inside the oil tube,and steam injecting into annular space between oil tube and casing is determined. Mathematical and physical models are also set up. After research success, pilot tests for in situ combustion were carried out in 4 wells from 3 types of reservoirs. The success ratio of ignition is 100%. Except serious gas breakthrough during ignition in first well for the reason of lacking experience,other 3 wells were basically successful in ignition,combustion and oil production according to the designs. Oil production increased 2 121. 8 t in total,and the result is notable.
