采用石灰预处理和二级生物工艺处理垃圾渗滤液的小试研究

摘要 采用石灰预处理+厌氧/好氧一级生物处理+缺氧/好氧二级生物处理的组合工艺,并在二级生物处理系统中投加硅藻土形成生物硅藻土处理垃圾渗滤液.结果表明:投加硅藻土,可提高二级生物处理系统的活性污泥浓度,降低污泥有机负荷,从而达到较好的NH3-N去除效果.经本组合工艺处理,NH3-N去除率达到97%左右,出水NH3-N浓度为15 mg/L左右. Lab. scale study is performed to treat landfill leachate with combined processes, which are composed of lime pretreatment and two-stage biological treatment system. The diatomite is added to the secondary biological treatment system as the carrier of microorganism, thus the concentration of activated sludge is enhanced and the sludge loading is reduced consequently. Therefore the removal efficiency of ammonia is high. The results show that the removal efficiency of ammonia is ahout 97 % and the concentration of ammonia in the effluent is about 15 mg/L using the combined processes.
