摘要 对世界上正在建设的最大隧桥结合工程—上海长江隧桥工程中的上海长江大桥主通航孔主墩基础施工中钢套箱的下水及浮运进行介绍。该套箱采用防撞体与施工套箱相结合的设计理念,为工厂加工,整体下滑入水,浮运至现场吊装。套箱尺寸76.4 m×41.4 m×10 m,为目前同类工程中最大的一个。 This paper presents the launching and floating of steel boxed cofferdam for construction of pile cap of main pier foundation of the main navigable span of Shanghai Changjiang River Bridge in the Shanghai Changjiang River Tunnel and Bridge Project, currently the largest combined project of tunnel and bridge under construction in the world. The steel boxed cofferdam is designed as a structure combining both ship collision protection device and construction cofferdam, and is fabricated in workshop, launched to river in integrity by sliding and floated to the pier site where it will be hoisted and installed. The size of the cofferdam is 76.4 m×41.4 m× 10 m, and is also the largest cofferdam for similar bridge works at present.
