摘要
潜艇锥柱结合壳焊缝焊趾处是结构疲劳热点部位,该处焊接缺陷初始裂纹尺寸的评定对于结构疲劳寿命的计算有着重要的意义.文章从不同角度,分别采用检测仪器灵敏度的下限、工程上定义的萌生阶段、焊缝的评级标准以及探伤缺陷的统计分布等方法对焊接缺陷进行评定分析,最终得出初始裂纹尺寸为:c0=2.5 mm,a0=0.1 mm.结合断裂力学方法,对该处疲劳寿命进行了分析,与实验结果比较得知,该评定结果与实际符合,在工程应用中具有可信度.
The welding toes in the joint of cylinder and cone are common points of fatigue damage. Evaluating the size of initial cracks in the welding toes has a remarkable effect on a structurers fatigue life. Several factors were used to evaluate welding defects inspecting the minimum sensitivity limit of inspection instruments, the initial moment defined in engineering, standards of welding line, and statistical distribution of detection defects. The initial crack size was defined as co =2.5 mm,σo =0.1 mm. The fracture mechanical method was used to analyze the fatigue life of the structure. A comparison of findings from tests and calculations show this method for evaluating welding defects is credible.
