摘要
国家经济迅速发展与国际竞争日趋激烈对高级专门人才的需求量越来越大,而高级专门人才的培养必须以一定的高等教育投资来保证,因此,研究高等教育投资供给规模十分必要.神经网络对于处理非线性系统效果较好,而高等教育投资供给是非线性系统.该文在分析高等教育投资来源的基础上,采用神经网络对中国高等教育投资供给规模进行了预测,给出了中国高等教育投资供给规模预测模型.通过Matlab 7.0软件进行仿真,效果良好.通过和其主预测方法相比,基于网络的预测模型更准确,因此得到了更准确的中国高等教育投资供给规模预测方法.还从劳务生产角度提出了用于高等教育劳务生产和扩大再生产的一切资金都可以看作高等教育投资的新观点.
With the rapid development of China's economy and intense international competition, the demand is growing for highly educated talent. Their training must be guaranteed by certain investment in higher education. Therefore, it is necessary to study the investment supply scale in the country's higher education system. A neural network has a better result in dealing with a non-linear system, and higher education investment supply is such a non linear system. In analyzing higher education investment sources, a neural network was adopted to forecast the investment supply scale in China's higher education. A forecast model for investment supply scale in China's higher education was determined to achieve a better simulated result using Matlab7.0 Software. Also put forward is a new viewpoint, from the perspective of labor production, that all the capital used for labor production and expanded reproduction in higher education can be viewed as higher education investment.
