摘要
以L-亮氨酸发酵过程中菌种、基质、产物关系的动力学模型为基础,应用gPROMS软件,采用增广Lagrange乘子法对该发酵过程进行了模拟优化,提出了使用TQ9806菌株进行发酵的优化实验方案,使产物浓度由22.734g.L-1提高到31.024g.L-1,比已有的优化结果提高了4.154g.L-1,大幅提高了实验效率。
A simulation is written in gPROMSbased on the kinetics relation of L-leucine between strain, medium and product in the L-leucine fermentation process. The solver for optimization is augmented Lagrange method. A optimized experimental program of L-leucine has been submitted from the simulation. Product concentration is raised from 22. 734 g . L^-1 to 31. 024 g.L^-1 , increasing by 4. 154 g . L^-1 compared with the past outcome of optimization. Conventional efficiency has been remarkably raised.
