针对银行进行绩效考核的实际困难,本文提出了应用数据仓库技术的解决方案,系统地介绍了银行智能绩效考核分析系统的原理、结构和主要功能设计。实践表明,该系统的应用对银行绩效考核和科学化决策产生了良好的效果。

Aiming at the problem of pedormance assessing in banks, a solution based on data warehouse is presented. This paper introduces systematically the principle, structure and main functions of the Intelligent Performance Analysis System for Bank. By practice, this system is proved to be great belpful to performance assessing and scientific decision-making in banks.
