2004年德州市城区部分职业人群代谢综合征患病情况调查

A Research on Metabolic Syndrome Patients from a Part of Occupation Public in the City Zone of Dezhou in 2004

[目的]了解职业人群代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况,为采取干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]2004年在德州市德城区对工人、教师、公务员和企业主各210人进行调查。[结果]调查840人,MS患病率为36.67%,其中工人为16.67%,教师为30.00%,公务员为34.29%,企业主为65.71%;男性为50.54%,女性为19.47%;患病率随着年龄的增加而增高。[结论]德城区4类人群MS患病率较高,教师、公务员与企业主是MS的重点人群。

[Objective]To study the condition of metabolic syndrome, which can offer scientific gist to take interventions. [Methods]210 persons were chosen as samples respectively from workers, teachers, government employees and enterprisers in Dezhou. [Results]840 persons were checked up, the incidence of MS is 36.67 %, 16.67 % （workers）, 30.00 % （teachers） ,34.29%（government employees） and 65.71% （enterprisers）. male occupies the incidence of MS is 50. 54%, female is 19.47%. The incidence increases along with growing. [Conclusion]The incidence of the four kinds of people is higher than the others, especially the teachers, government employees and enterprisers among them.
