摘要
[目的]了解章丘市面粉加工厂卫生状况,规范卫生许可行为,确保面粉卫生安全。[方法]2005年8~9月,对全市76家面粉加工厂卫生状况进行调查并对生产用水和面粉进行检测。[结果]76家面粉加工厂仅有18家合格,占23,68%,水质合格率为65.79%,面粉合格率为51.32%。[结论]章丘市面粉加工厂存在较多的卫生问题。
[Objective]To understand hygienic condition of flour mills in Zhangqiu city,in order to standardize hygiene permit implementing and ensure hygienic safety of flour. [Methods]During August to September, 2005, an investigation was made on hygienic condition among 76 flour mills in Zhangqiu city and examination was conducted on water for production and flour. [Results]Only 18 out of 76 mills were up to standard,accounting for 23.68%. The qualified rate was 65.79 % in water quality and 51.32%in flour. [Conclusion]There were some problems of flour mills in Zhangqiu city.
