石家庄市部分职业人群非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇检测分析

Detection and Analysis on the Value of Serum non-Highdensity Lipoprotein Cholesterol of Some of the Occupational Populations in Shijiazhuang

[目的]了解石家庄市部分职业人群非高密度脂蛋白(Non-HDLC)分布情况。[方法]对2005年到白求恩国际和平医院体检的石家庄市企事业单位干部职工进行检测。[结果]检测男性5 233人、女性4 168人,Non-HDLC分别为(2.88±0.88)mmol/L、(3.03±0.87)mmol/L,均随着年龄的增加而升高(P<0.01);分析9401人,Non-HDLC与年龄、TC、TG、LDL-C、apoB呈正相关(r=0.240、0.945、0.494、0.878、0.158,P<0.01),与HDL-C、apoA1呈负相关(r=-0.225、-0.074,P<0.01)。[结论]石家庄市职业人群中Non-HDLC女性稍高于男性,并随着年龄的增加而增加。

[Objective] To investigate the distribution of the value of Serum non-Highdensity Lipoprotein Cholesterol （serum Non-HDLC） of Shi jiazhuang occupational Populations. [Methods]This study was to provide the distribution and its correlated factors analysis of serum Non-HDLC data of Shi Jiazhuang populations who were enrolled in 2005. [Results] 5 233 male,4 168 female were detected,Non-HDLC were（2.88±0.88） mmol/L,and （3.03 ±0.87） mmol/L,respectively. The value increased with the increase of age（ P 〈0.01）. Non-HDLC was correlated with age, TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB（ P 〈0.01）. Non-HDLC was negative correlated with HDL-C, apoAl （ P 〈0.01 ）. [Conclusion] To professionals in Shi Jiazhuang, the value of Non-HDLC for female is higer than male,and the value increased with the increase of age.
