2001-2005年济宁市卫生防疫站直管医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

Analysis on the Quality of Disinfection of Medical Institution in Ji'ning City from 2001 to 2005

[目的]了解济宁市医疗机构卫生消毒工作状况，保障医务人员和患者的卫生安全。[方法]对2001年3月至2005年11月济宁市卫生防疫站直管的62家医疗机构的消毒检测结果进行分析。[结果]合计检测各类样品7485份，合格率为82．8％。2001～2005年合格率分别为79．3％、85．2％、87．5％、86．9％、88．0％（P〈0．01）；1181份室内空气细菌合格率为46．0％，1019份医务人员手合格率为92．8％，4009份物体表面细菌合格率为85．8％，1276份消毒液合格率为99．5％；4类样品医院与其他医疗机构合格率的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。[结论]济宁市直管医疗机构的消毒合格率逐年提高。

[Objective]To understand the situation of disinfection of medical institution in Ji＇ning city and protect the health of doctors and patients. [Methods]To analyze the surveillance results of disinfection of 62 medical institutions, which was administrated by Ji＇ning center for disease control and prevention from March 2001 to November 2005. [Resuits]7 485 samples were tested, the eligibility rate was 82. 8%. From 2001 to 2005, the eligibility rate was 79.3%, 85. 2% ,87.5% ,86.9% and 88.0%, respectively. For 1181 samples of air bacteria, the eligibility rate was 46.0% ： for 1019 samples of the bacteria on the doctors＇ hands,the eligibility rate was 92. 8%;for 4 009 samples of the bacteria on the surface,the eligibility rate was 85.8%;for 1276 samples of disinfectant,qualified rate was 99. 5 %. There was no significant difference between the 4 sorts of samples drown out from hospitals and the 4 sorts of samples drown out from the other medical institution. [Conclusion]From 2001 to 2005, the eligibility rate of disinfection was gradually increased in Jining＇s medical institution.
