A Survey on Reporting Knowledge of Legal Infectious Diseases among the Grass-roots Medical Personnel in Laiwuin,2005

[目的]了解莱城区基层医务人员对法定传染病报告知识的掌握情况。[方法]对乡、村两级医疗机构中基层医务人员进行问卷调查。[结果]乡、村级基层医务人员对传染病的分类,正确回答率分别为71.91%和58.15%,对传染病的报告时限,正确回答率分别为54.61%和45.80%。[结论]基层医务人员多数没有接受过传染病疫情报告的培训,需加强在职专业培训工作。

[Objective]To investigate the general situation of the legal infectious diseases reporting knowledge among the grass-roots medical personnel in Laicheng district. [Methods]Data has been collected mainly through a questionnaire conducted among both township and village levels medical staffs. [Results]The correction rates of the answers to the diseases classification were 71.91% and 58.15 % respectively among two groups, and as for the reporting time limit, they were 54. 61%and 45.80% respectively. [Conclusion]The questionnaire revealed that most of the medical workers at township and village levels lacked epidemic diseases reporting training and professional training should be strengthened for them.
