Investigation on the Infection and Control Status of Comprehensive Hospitals above County Level in Weifang

[目的]了解潍坊市县级以上综合医院院内感染控制工作现状及机构设置情况。[方法]设计医院控制工作机构设置调查表,进行汇总统计。[结果]15家县级以上综合医院医院共有床位7 851张,从事院内感染管理专业人员42人,平均186.9张床有1名专业人员,42名专业人员职称以中级为主,所学专业护理占61.90%,只有6处医院的医疗垃圾由医疗废物处置中心集中收置。[结论]建立健全院内感染管理组织,按要求配全专职感染管理业务人员;进一步做好医疗废物集中处置的监督、管理。

[Objective]To learn the status of inward infection control and construction of comprehensive hospitals over county level in Weifang. [Methods]To design the statistical investigation form for inward infection and construction, and analyze the data from them. [Results]There were 15 hospitals over county level,with 7 851 beds in them,and 42 professional persons for infection control, about one to 186. 9 beds, among which 61.90% were nursing staff. Medical garbage was disposed centralizedly only in 6 hospital. [Conclusion] Hospitals should strengthen administrative organization for inward infection, and medical garbage should be disposed centralizedly.
