Sterilization mechanism of ZY-105 Br-basis microbe microbiocide

为了寻找氯类杀菌剂的替代产品,研制了ZY-105溴基杀菌剂。实验室测试和工业应用实验表明,ZY-105高效溴基杀菌剂具有杀菌速度快、腐蚀性小、液体形态、无刺激性气味等优点。ZY-105方便连续投加和自动控制,运行稳定,弥补了现有氧化型杀菌剂的不足,是目前工业及生活水消毒杀菌的理想杀菌剂。

For finding a replaceable production of ehloride-microbiocide, a new liquid microbiocide named ZY-105 was studied. One ingredient of this microbiocide is Br. Sterilization ability was analyzed by industrial test and practical applying date. The results showed that ZY-105 has characters of low corrosion capability, a higher germ killing speed, more convenience for automation control, more stable performance and freedom of pungency odour. It is a satisfactory microbiocide for sterilization of industry and water for daily use.
