摘要
石油氧化皂(POS)能在很宽的活性剂浓度范围及矿化度范围内与大庆原油产生超低界面张力。在POS中加入少量石油磺酸盐表面活性剂ORS或B-100(美国Witco公司和Stepan公司出品),使体系产生超低界面张力所需的矿化度大大降低.POS与ORS和B-100等表面活性剂复配,表现出很好的协同效应;复配体系产生超低界面张力的碱度范围和矿化度范围比单纯ORS要宽;复配体系的活性剂成本大大低于仅用ORS的体系。
Petroleum oxidation soap (POS)can produce ultralow inter facial tension with Daqing crude oil within large ranges of surfactant concentration and salinity. Adding small amount of ORS or B -100 produced by companies Witco and Stepan, US, with effetive concentration of about 50% into POS, the salinity requirement can be reducedgreatly. POS shows its good synergism with ORS or B -100. The range of alkalineconcentration and salinity in the combined system capable of producing ultralow IFT is larger than ORS' only. The cost of surfactant system can be lowed to a great extent bysubstituting POS for ORS.
