摘要
本文通过引述相关的法律条文说明了高校图书馆读者权益的重要性。探讨了现代图书馆在设施、管理及工作人员的素质等方面应该达到什么标准,读者的权益才能真正得到体现与维护。参考文献7。
Through quoting the relevant law, this paper illustrates the importance of readers＇ rights in academic libraries and also probes into the criteria of modern libraries in their accommodations,management and staff quality, with which the readers＇ rights can really be embodied and defended.
