Quantitative Structure-activity Relation of S-alkyl O-aryl Thiophosphoric Derivatives

在Ｓ－烷基Ｏ－芳基硫代磷酸衍生物的定理构效关系研究中，引入了分子连接性指数，增强了分子结构信息。采用逐步回归分析建立构效关系数学模型，分析了决定该类化合物杀虫活性的主要因素，并设计了几个有机磷新农药，预测具有较高的生物活性。

The QSAR of organic phosphate pesticides is studeied. By introducing the molecular connectivity index into Hansch multiplex regression, mathematical models of structure activity are developed, and some leading equation determined by charactic facters is given. Meanwhile, a few new compounds are designed whose high activity are safely predicted from the models.
