13所县级医疗机构医疗废物处置现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on medical waste disposal of grass-roots hospitals

目的:对县级医疗机构医疗废物处置现状进行调查分析,并提出建议。方法:采用自制问卷,对13个基层医院进行问卷调查。结果:基层医院医疗废物100%经初毁、初销后混入生活垃圾;12所医疗机构的医疗废物露天放置;9所用后一次性物品卖给废物收购人员;8所用后带有病人体液、血液的输血袋及引流袋被混入生活垃圾。结论:应高度重视基层医院医疗废物处置,尽快建立完善医疗废物科学化管理体系。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the medical waste disposal situation in grass-roots hospitals and to put forward some suggestion. Methods： 13 grass-roots hospitals were investigated by a serf-administrated questionnaire. Results： 100% medical waste was disposed preliminarily and mixed with domestic waste after preliminary disposal, medical waste was laid in the open air in 12 hospitals, single used material was sold after being used in 9 hospitals, blood bags and drainage bags with blood and body fluid were mixed with domestic waste in 8 hospitals. Conclusion： Managers should give high emphasis to medical waste disposal in grass-roots hospitals and establish waste management system as soon as possible.
