Preventive strategies of occupational exposure and injury among nursing personnel in supply room

随着血源性传染病发生率的逐渐增高,护理人员职业暴露及损伤亦呈上升态势。针对护理人员职业暴露损伤的风险,提出对供应室护理人员要强化职业暴露损伤的安全教育,提高职业安全与防护意识;加强职业危害的防护措施;掌握职业暴露损伤后的处置措施,以最大限度地降低职业暴露及损伤的危险。

With the increasing of the incidence of transfusion transmitted disease, the incidence of occupational exposure and injury among nursing personnel was trending upwards. For the risks of occupational exposure and injury among nursing personnel, three preventive strategies such as intensifying safety education to improve awareness of occupational safety and prevention, intensifying prevention of occupational harm, and mastery of treatment after occupational exposure and injury should be put forward for them in order to decrease the risks of occupational exposure and injury farthest.
