摘要
临床实习是教学的重要环节,是培养学生的关键所在,临床实习质量的优劣将直接影响学生的技能水平及综合素质。然而,在实习带教过程中诸多的不利因素严重影响了实习质量的提高。结合临床带教的实际分别对学生自身素质、教学内容和方法的滞后以及带教老师等三方面的因素进行了分析,并提出对策,以期提高临床实习的质量。
Clinical practice is an important key of teaching and cultivating students. It will directly influence skills and comprehensive quality of students. But some adverse factors during practicing teaching have great impact on advancement of practicing quality. They mainly include three aspects: the students, the lag of teaching contents and methods, the practicing teachers. Combined with actually clinical practicing teaching, The text makes an analysis on above factors in three domains and suggest coping methods to improve quality of clinical practice.
