摘要
对以石油醚为溶剂从螺旋藻中提取β－胡萝卜素的工艺条件进行了研究。实验结果表明，最佳提取条件为：固液比１３０，提取时间５０ｍｉｎ，提取温度７０℃，且一次性提取有较高的提取率。
The extraction of β-Carotene from spirulina platensis by using petroleum ethers as extractant has been studied. The optimum extracting conditions are investigated. The best experimental results are: the extraction time: 40 mins; the extraction tempemture: 70℃; the rate of solid to the extactant: 1∶30 and higher extrating rater has been found in the first extraction. The other coloring materials has little disturbance to the extraction.
