摘要
经济全球化要求跨国企业必须面对不同国度的文化背景。建立内外和谐的企业文化,必须协调各种文化主体的关系,化解企业内外部的文化冲突,努力实现企业的经济与社会生态的和谐发展。
With the development of globalization, Multinational Corporation surely will operate in different cultures. The key issues for the implementation of transnational strategy are how to establish harmonious corporate culture, how to coordinate relationship between different culture identities, how to deal with cultural conflict. On this basis, harmonious development among economy, society and environment can be achieved.
