系统介绍了速冻食品的特点、种类和在我国的发展现状、发展前景,并针对存在的问题,指出了我国速冻食品今后开发研究的方向。
This article systemly introduced the characteristics, varieties of quick - frozen food, and its developmental actualities and prospect in our country and so on. Besides, we.point out the direction of the future development and research of quick-frozen food in our country aiming at the disadvantages in existence.
