摘要
采用干法灰化法处理样品,用HNO3溶解灰化残渣,用原子吸收光谱法测定不同品种大蒜溶液中的Mg、Ca、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Co、N i等元素的含量,并进行了分析。结果表明,大蒜中含有丰富的对人体有益的元素,如Ca、Fe、Mg、Zn、等,为进一步研究大蒜的食用及药用价值提供了理论依据。
The paper analyses that garlic was ashed by drylng-method and the residues were dissolved by HNO3. The contents of copper, zinc, manganese, eohalt, nickel, calcium, magnesium, cadmium and lead in the solution were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The result shows that garlic contains beneficial elements richly to human body, such as Ca, Fc, Mg, Zn and so on, and it also provides theory basis for the further study of garlic's eatable and medical values.
