摘要
本文论述了对铁丝、20、45、40Cr采用不同温度不同催渗剂进行了奥氏体气体、固体氮碳共渗的研究,并对试样进行了金相分析,硬度测定,电子探针成分分析。结果表明,在720℃以下进行催渗奥氏体氮碳共渗,渗层深度,硬度增加显著;氮碳共渗后快冷,在渗层获得马氏体组织。
In this paper, austenitic nitro-carburizing of iron wire, 20, 45 and 40 Cr steel is studied atdifferent temperatures and with different catalyst-accelerators by way of optical metallographexamining, hardness measuring and electronic microprobe composition analysing. It has beenproved that the nitro-carburized layer gets markedly thicker and its hardness much higherwhen the austenitic nitro-carburizing with catalyst-accelerator takes place between 600℃ ̄720℃. After austenitic nitro-carburizing and rapid cooling, martensite is obtained at theaustenitic nitro-carburized layer.
