研究线性二次奇异摄动系统的最优指标。在适当的假设下，通过寻求一个特殊的反馈稳定的控制，证明了最优指标的奇性阶不超过３。
The singularly perturbated systems is studied. Under certain hypothesis, It is proved that the singularity order of the optimal costs is no greater than 3.
