武汉市服务业发展现状研究

Study on Developmental Situation of Service Industry in Wuhan

文章首先纵向地实证研究分析了1978-2003年武汉市服务业发展的历史演进,然后又从质量、结构、规模、效益和发展潜力四方面将武汉市服务业同全国19个副省级以上重点城市的服务业经济增长的客观现实情况进行横向比较分析。通过实证分析力求全面客观地评价了武汉服务业发展的现实状况,以及它在武汉经济中的重要地位和对武汉经济的促进作用。

This paper firstly gives a review of service industry development in Wuhan from 1978 to 2003, then gives a comprehensive evaluation to compare Wuhan＇s service industry with other 18 important domestic cities from four aspects, including quality, structure, scale , efficiency and development potentiality. Through empirical analysis , this paper aims to comprehensively evaluate the real conditions andthe contribution to the growth of GDP and employment of service industry in Wuhan.
