筋膜下胶原海绵灌注系统治疗视网膜动脉阻塞 被引量:2

摘要 目的介绍治疗部分眼后段疾病的给药方法——筋膜下植入胶原海绵灌注系统,研究其治疗视网膜动脉阻塞病例的有效性。方法采用回顾性对比研究的方法,使用“胶原海绵灌注系统”治疗了视网膜中央或者分支动脉阻塞的患者23例23眼(治疗组),使用传统方法治疗了18例19眼(对照组)。从出现症状到开始治疗的时间为2h~42h。治疗组患者以通过“筋膜下灌注系统”给药的方式代替球后给药。比较了两组患者治疗前和治疗后2w的视力和阻塞支动脉的开始充盈时间的变化。结果治疗后两组的阻塞支动脉开始充盈时间的减少值分别为(16.3±4.1)s和(10.9±4.6)s,有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗组患者的视力明显好于对照组。结论在治疗一些视网膜动脉阻塞患者方面,“筋膜下植入胶原海绵灌注系统”的效果优于球后给药。 Objective To recommend method for treatment some eye disease of posterior segment sub-Tenon's implantation of collagen infusion system and investigate its effect for treatment of retinal artery occlusion. Methods A comparative retrospective study was used. 23 patients (23 eyes, treatment group) with retinal artery occlusion were implanted collagen infusion system into sub-Tenon's space instead of retrobulbar injection. Other 18 patients (19 eyes, control group) were treated with conventional therapy. The durations from presence of symptoms to beginning treatment were from 2h to 42h, Compared the visual acuity and change of arm-obstructed retinal artery filling time before and after treatment. Results Arm-obstructed retinal artery filling time of two groups decreased 16.3±4.1s and 10.9 ± 4.6s respectively. They were statistically significantly (P〈0.001). The outcome of visual acuity of treatment group better than control group also. Conclusions The effect of sub-Tenon's collagen infusion system is better than retrobulbar injection for treatment of retinal artery occlusion.
