高密度多孔聚乙烯下睑植片在下睑退缩中的应用 被引量:9

The use of porous polyethylene lower eyelid spacers in correction of lower eyelid retraction

摘要 目的评估高密度多孔聚乙烯下睑植片矫正下睑退缩的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析了2003年10月至2005年10月间下睑退缩病人。其中,年龄18岁~82岁,平均40岁。术前及术后检查包括下方巩膜暴露量及眼睑闭合不全情况。所有病人均行下睑缩肌切断加多孔聚乙烯下睑植片植入。结果随访时间4m~28m,所有病人下睑退缩基本矫正。下睑巩膜暴露量术前平均为2.92mm(2~6mm),术后平均为0.12mm(-1~2mm),p<0.001;眼睑闭合不全术前25眼,术后9眼。2眼植片暴露,经修补后痊愈。结论多孔聚乙烯下睑植片作为人工合成的下睑填充物,具有足够的硬度、组织相容性好,能有效地矫正下睑退缩。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of using high porous polyethylene lower eyelid spacers (Medpor LES) for correcting lower eyelid retraction. Methods We. retrospectively reviewed the records of 22 patients (25 eyelids) with lower eyelid retraction between October 2003 and October 2005. The age of the patients ranged from 18 to 82 years (mean 40 years). Preoperative and postoperative examinations include lower sclera show (LSS) and hypophasis. All patients underwent an operation, which involves recession of the lower eyelid retractors and interposition of a Medpor LES. Results Postoperative follow-up durations ranged from 4 to 28 months. Retractions were corrected during follow-up in all patients. The Medpor LES was effective in reducing the LSS (preoperative mean 2.92mm, postoperative mean 0.12mm, p〈0.001) and hypophasis (preoperative 25 eyelids, postoperative 9 eyelids). However there was implant exposure in 2 eyelids, healed with further surgery. Conclusions As a biointegratable implant material, Medpor LES has enough rigidity to support lower eyelid and is safe and effective in correcting lower eyelid retraction.
