摘要
目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体在小鼠磨牙牙胚发育过程中的生物学作用。方法:用免疫组织化学检测表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在小鼠下颌第一磨牙牙胚发育过程中的定位。结果:证实EGFR在鼠牙胚不同发育阶段呈时间-空间特异性分布模式。EGFR特别地在细胞增殖活跃的部位强染,在形态发生和分化晚期染色减弱。结论:EGF及其受体可能在调控蕾状期和帽状期形态发生的上皮-间充质相互作用中以旁分泌模式起作用。
Objective: To study the biological roles of epidemal growth factor receptor (EGFR) during mouse molar development. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the immunolocalization of EGFR during mouse first lower molar development. Results: The results showed that EGFR was immunolocalized during mouse molar development in a temporally and spatially regulated fashion. EGFR was especially stong stained where cell actively proliferated and stained weakly during late stage of tooth morphogenesis and differentiation. Conclusion: EGFR is suggested to be involved in a paracrine fashion in the epithelial - mesenchymal interactions regulating morphogenesis of bud - and cap - stage teeth.
